The data protection officer is Marcelo Samoilenko, at dpo@winserv.com.br. He receives requests and complaints from data subjects and answers communications from the ANPD, Brazil's data protection authority.
What this website records
Each visit creates a record with the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page (when your browser sends it) and the browser's identification. The website runs on a server in Germany, in the European Union (Hetzner Online GmbH).
Why, and for how long
We keep these records for 6 months (185 days) and then discard them, as Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet, art. 15) asks of anyone who runs an internet application.
We use the same records, only in aggregate, to learn which pages are read, where visits come from and how many times someone clicks an e-mail address on the site. These are counts: we build no profile, do not identify who visited and do not combine this data with anything else.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party tools — no analytics, no advertising, no external fonts.
When you write to us
A message to comercial@winserv.com.br, contact@winserv.com.br, suporte@winserv.com.br or dpo@winserv.com.br reaches WinServ's mailbox on Microsoft 365, stored in the United States. Writing is optional, nothing on the site depends on it, and the message is used only to reply.
Links that leave the site
The site's external links — such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and the services mentioned in the articles — only take data of yours to those services if you click them; from then on each service's own rules apply.
Your rights
You may ask the data protection officer for confirmation, access, correction or deletion of your data, and the other measures in art. 18 of the LGPD, Brazil's General Data Protection Law. You may also complain to the national data protection authority (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
